High Resolution LC/MS and MALDI for Molecular and Macromolecular Characterisation (ARC LIEF Administered by Univeristy of New South Wales) (2009)

Abstract:
Mass spectrometry enabling meritorious research in molecular & polymer sciences aimed at significant medical, technological and industrial outcomes e.g.,: molecular shuttle devices for bio-nano-technology; antifreeze proteins; anticancer agents; bioactive molecules for nitrogen fixation; self-assembled monolayer molecules for sensors; dynamics of free radical polymerization; accurate propagation kinetics with novel temporal markers; elucidation of complex architecture formation processes; synthesis of complex polymer nanostructures by living radical polymerization for light harvesting materials; drug and vaccine delivery; nanotoxicology; cell recognition; surfaces for diagnostic assays; gene delivery.
