Dual Column-Focused Ion Beam/Scanning Electron Microscope facility for Queensland (2014–2015)

Abstract:
Queensland is in need of a Dual Column-Focused Ion Beam/Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope.The instrument will provide much needed technology for the examination of a very wide range of sample types and facilitate advanced characterization techniques. This will be new technology available Queensland researchers.
