Research Impacts

Dr. Jason West is recognised as a world leader in commodity research and the dynamics that drive agricultural commodity prices. Acknowledgement of this resulted in his appointment to the International Energy Agency Board from 2008-11. Dr. West is also known for understanding the modelling challenges of some emerging areas in finance including superannuation portfolio management, financing environmental adaptation and developing new techniques for credit risk management.
