Overview

Dr. Sarat Babu Moka a postdoctoral research fellow in the School of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Queensland, working under the supervision of Prof. Dirk Kroese since July 2017. His research interests broadly lie in Applied Probability with a specific focus on problems in Monte Carlo Simulation and Data Science. He has obtained his PhD from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India in 2017, and Master of Engineering Degree in Telecommunications from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangaluru, India in 2008. He has worked for the Indian Space Reserach Organization from 2008 to 2010.
