Overview

Dr Schibler is an Intensive Care Specialist and the visionary leader behind the Mater's Paediatric Critical Care Research Group. Dr Schibler’s research career spans two decades, having worked collaboratively with a number of distinguished research groups in and around Europe and Australia. With a long list of successful grant applications and publications in significant peer-reviewed journals, Dr Schibler’s research work has been presented at numerous national and international conferences, both as a presenter and as an invited speaker. Dr Schibler also holds an academic appointment with the Queensland University of Technology, supervising a number of postgraduate research students and continues to encourage and inspire the next generation of keen clinical researchers.
