Overview

Research Interests

  • Adapted sport and physical activity
Adapted sports are competitive or recreational sports for people with disabilities. I'm interested in exploring and understanding the benefits, facilitators and barriers to physical activity for young people with disabilities, to help promote more inclusive sports opportunities and competitive pathways. My research so far has focused on young people with visual impairments, and children and young adults with cerebral palsy.
  • Goal-directed training and functional therapy
  • Cerebral Palsy
