Indigenous Homeownership on Communal Title Lands (2008–2009)

Abstract:
The research aims to provide a qualitative understanding of the meanings and aspirations for homeownership on Indigenous communal title lands. The policy context driving this proposal has been clearly established as a growing policy issue on government agendas since at least 2001 when the Commonwealth, State and Territory Housing Ministers adopted their policy 'Building a Better Future: Indigenous Housing to 2010'.
