Advancing Health Literacy through Primary Health Care Systems (2009–2010)

Abstract:
The overall aim of this project is to gather best evidence on health literacy and how to use it to make policy and practice decisions relevant and appropriate to the Australian setting. the project involves a systematic review and synthesis of peer-reviewed and selected grey literature and researcher program components to develop policy options.
