Abstract:: The Deep Earth Mining Program is focussed on addressing major challenges facing the minerals mining industry in Queensland. The effective realisation of lower grade resources at increasing depth is a crucial element in the resource replenishment equation which, so far, has not been considered and is essential for the sustainability of the minerals industry in Queensland and globally.
