Overview

Dr Mridusmita Chaliha is a Research Officer at the Centre for Nutrition and Food Sciences, at Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation. Her research focusses in elucidating nutritional, biological and therapeutic potential of Australian native plants. Her work also investigates the microbial ecology and dynamics of growth, survival and biochemical activity of microorganisms in food systems.
