Overview

Dr Hyungtaek Jung joined the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation, and the Centre for Animal Science to help biologists by analysing big biology data generated from 2nd and 3rd generation sequencing approaches. Dr Jung’s valuable/successful experience with multi-user national and international laboratories has been even expanded to aqua/agriculture, molecular ecology, genomics, and bioinformatics. Currently, Dr Jung is actively involved in the collection, collation and analysis of NGS data obtained from prestigious genome consortia domestically and internationally.
